Sharper Says He Will Be Back
Minnesota Vikings Safety Darren Sharper met with Head Coach Brad Childress and Defensive Coordinato Mike Tomlin about his future with the Vikings. Sharper was benched in the 4th Quarter of the Vikings final game against the Rams. He had openly questioned the benching and whether he would be back in a Vikings uniform.
A chastined Sharper has apparently reconsidered following his meeting with Childress. “It’s nothing, I overreacted,” Sharper said. “The coaching staff had pulled a lot of players out (of that game).”
